A Faster Drawing Review from a Builder's Perspective

If you are an Architect or Engineer, you recognize the RFI for what it is: a lead in to a change order.

If you are a Program or Construction Manager, you roll your eyes and say, "another PCO?"

If you are an Owner, you ask, "how much is the Project going to cost now?"

Don't you wish you had a Builder's Insight into the drawings before you put the drawings out to bid?

Let Robust Review be your ally in your fight to control costs and schedule impacts.

As outlined in our "About Robust Review" page, our Drawing Reviews come from a Builder's perspective.  Not only do we use those past RFI's and PCO's to make up our checklist (See our Free Common Questions checklist), we ask the Builder's questions in our drawing review.  We build the project in our mind's eye, picturing the excavation, demolition, structural, interior, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and finish work as it would be installed.  There is brick and mortar behind those lines on the page, but there are missing pieces, too.  We can help you find and fix them in record time, saving the Project time and money.

How Much Can I Save by Doing a Review?

The savings vary by project, but the Return on Investment will amaze you.  How do we know what the savings are?  Because the review is performed by an Estimator / Project Manager who estimates construction costs for a living!  The final Document Review report includes cost estimates for each item, a summary of the total potential cost savings, and a "Top 10" of the items with the largest potential cost impact so that you can focus your attention on addressing those items first if time and resources are limited.
